Rimi Sen ready to make a comeback

Bollywood actress Rimi Sen, who has completely distanced herself from the film industry, is going to make a comeback once again. Although Rimi will not be seen in a film, but in a music video, the shooting of which will start on April 12. Rimi has spoken openly about her comeback and has told why she took a back step in her career. In a conversation with Times of India, the actress said, ‘As you all know that I have stayed away from films and film industry and the only reason behind that is that I tried to do many things, many types of films, but I never got the satisfaction I was looking for. ,

‘I never wanted to work for money, I always wanted to work for my own satisfaction. That was just my goal. I was completely confused then and I started working only with big banners, big actors where I never paid attention to my role and I made a big mistake at that time. After a few years I realized that I cannot go on like this. I’ll have to step back for a while. I have to resign from my career, I started approaching other directors like Sriram Raghavan for films. Then I did films like ‘Johnny Gaddaar’ and ‘Sankat City’ but unfortunately, they didn’t do well at the box office.

The actress further added, ‘I realized then that you don’t always have to act to get satisfaction, you can direct, you can be a producer too; Now, with the increasing craze of OTT platforms, a lot of avenues have opened up. So, I thought of becoming a producer. I made a film called ‘Budhiya Singh Not Run’ which won us a National Award in 2015. Then I was quite satisfied with the response of ‘Budhiya Singh’.
